Stitched Cotton Cloth Discs

Realpolimento‘s Sewn Cotton Cloth Discs are manufactured by stitching together multiple layers of premium cotton cloth using concentric or spiral stitching patterns. This construction provides greater firmness and structural rigidity than loose-fold cotton discs, allowing the operator to apply increased pressure to the workpiece. They are ideal for intermediate polishing operations and for developing the initial shine on metal surfaces, while providing excellent polishing compound retention.

Benefits

High Structural Rigidity: Reinforced stitching provides exceptional stability, making the discs suitable for higher working pressures.

Excellent Cutting Performance: The dense cotton layers enhance intermediate cutting action, efficiently removing surface imperfections.

Optimised Compound Retention: Absorbs and retains polishing compound effectively, reducing waste and improving overall productivity.
