Realpolimento‘s Wavy Abrasive Mesh Discs are ideal for cleaning, satin finishing (brushed effect), and surface conditioning on workpieces that are not perfectly flat. Their three-dimensional non-woven mesh, impregnated with abrasive grains, works in combination with the wavy disc profile to produce an exceptionally uniform matt or satin finish.
The wavy design applies gentle, consistent pressure across the surface, preventing transition marks or visible “steps” on the workpiece. In addition, the open mesh construction is highly resistant to clogging, delivering outstanding performance while maintaining low operating temperatures.
